    Other Services We Provide

The Company or the individual reserves the right to amend or update the nature of the services in line with market needs or technological developments, provided that the Client is duly notified of any material changes

  • Contracting and Payment
  • Contracts between the Company and the Client shall be executed in writing, either through formal agreements or approved invoices, clearly specifying the details of the service, duration, and cost
  • The Client undertakes to settle all amounts due in accordance with the payment terms specified in the contract (such as advance payment, installment payment, or payment upon delivery).
  • In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to:
    Suspension or temporary cessation of service delivery
    Imposing additional fees or late payment interest as stipulated in the contract
  • All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars and agreed upon in advance
  • The service shall not be considered confirmed until receipt of the agreed first payment

  • Compliance with the deadlines specified in the contract or agreement, unless circumstances beyond control arise

Client Responsibilities

  • Providing us with all necessary information, data, and documents required for the execution of the service in a timely manner
  • Cooperation with the team and provision of the necessary support to ensure the success of the project or service
  • Compliance with the payment terms and deadlines specified in the contract

  • Any breach of obligations by either party may result in delays or suspension of the service
  • Any disputes or misunderstandings shall first be resolved through direct communication, and subsequently in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism stipulated in the contract
  • Intellectual Property

It clarifies that any materials or designs resulting from the service are our property unless otherwise stipulated

  • All content produced by us within the scope of services (such as designs, texts, technical solutions, consultations, or training materials) shall remain our property unless otherwise stipulated in the contract or agreement
  • The client is entitled to use these materials solely for the agreed purposes, and they may not be republished, distributed, or sold without our prior written consent
  • If it is agreed that intellectual property rights are to be transferred to the client, this shall be explicitly and clearly stated in the contract, specifying the scope of use and the rights granted
  • We reserve the right to use the knowledge and expertise gained during the execution of services to develop our business and future offerings, without this involving the sharing of any client data or confidential information
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection

Client Obligations

  • The client is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of any information, reports, or solutions provided by us and shall not share them with external parties without prior authorization

Data Protection

  • We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer data from unauthorized access or unlawful use
  • Nevertheless, we shall not be held liable for any breaches or technical failures beyond our control
  • Disclaimer of Liability

We disclaim responsibility for any indirect damages or for any use beyond the scope of the agreement

  • We provide our services in accordance with the agreements signed with clients, and we bear no responsibility for any use of these services in a manner inconsistent with the terms of the contract

  • Amendments & Notifications

  • The client’s continued use of the services after the publication of amendments shall be deemed as implicit acceptance of the new Terms

  • Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the principles of international commercial law and the global regulations applicable to the organization of relationships between companies and individuals

  • "In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding the implementation or interpretation of these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve it amicably through direct communication."

  • The parties acknowledge that any dispute shall be handled within the framework of international laws, ensuring fairness and impartiality beyond local restrictions
